Tobin Clark Estate-Solarium

Historic Tudor-style estate located in Hillsborough, CA. Built circa 1930, and designed by the noted architect David Adler. The current owners undertook substantial renovation of the estate in the early 1990s.

The estate has hosted numerous dignitaries, including Margaret Thatcher, King Hussein and US presidents Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, and George H.W. Bush.
